Plate and sheet perforation services in the Philippines involve punching a pattern of holes through steel plates or sheets using precision press tooling. Perforated metal is used across construction, architecture, industrial manufacturing, and infrastructure for its unique combination of structural integrity, controlled airflow or drainage, light
transmission, and aesthetic versatility.
As a full-service steel supplier and processor, Regan can source the base plate or sheet from our own inventory and perforate it to your specification — eliminating the need to engage a separate fabricator. Our production technology enables cost-effective runs for both small custom orders and high-volume supply contracts.
Round, square, slotted, hexagonal, and decorative patterns available.
Hole size, spacing, pitch, and open area ratio specified per order.
Mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized sheet.
Screens, guards, facades, drainagecovers, acoustic panels, and more.
Round hole perforation is the most widely used pattern in industrial and construction applications. The circular punch produces a clean, uniform hole that maximizes open area for a given pitch, making it ideal
for screening, filtration, ventilation, and drainage applications.
Square and rectangular slot perforation offers different open-area geometry and flow characteristics compared to round holes. Square holes in a straight pitch arrangement maximize open area while maintaining material strength and rigidity, and are commonly used in architectural screening and heavy-duty filtration.
Beyond standard geometric patterns, Regan’s tooling section can produce custom and decorative perforation for architectural cladding, interior design panels, signage backing, and feature screens. Custom patterns are typically produced from a customer-supplied drawing or template.

Coil shearing and slitting are steel-processing services used to cut metal coils into the required widths or lengths. Slitting divides a master coil into narrower strips, while shearing cuts sheet or coil-fed material into flat pieces based on specified dimensions.
These services may be used for hot rolled coils, cold rolled coils, galvanized sheets, and other flat steel products. Suitability depends on the material grade, thickness, coil width, weight, surface condition, and equipment capacity.
Yes. Coils can be slit into specified strip widths or sheared into required sheet lengths, subject to processing tolerances and machine limitations. Accurate dimensions and cutting requirements should be provided before production.
Provide the material type, grade, coil thickness, master coil width, required slit width or sheet length, quantity, coil weight, tolerance, packaging requirements, delivery location, and target schedule.
Slit coils and sheared sheets are commonly used for roofing, cladding, ducting, fabrication, automotive parts, appliance components, enclosures, furniture, roll forming, and general manufacturing.
